The urbanization called Eden on Los Estanos
(L´Estany) is located approx 25 min south of Alicante airport. And 15 min north of Torrevieja. It´s just 15 min walking distance to the charming Spanish little town Guardamar with its beautiful parks and recreational areas ( ref: the 1000000 m2 big pinewood forest with roads that connects the port, beach and the city). The beach is one of the nicest on whole Costa Blanca or even Spain. Here you find the promenade with several restaurants but also km of deserted beach. There is a big market in Guardamar every wednesday and other markets in short distance of Los Estanos. This triplex lies in the middle of a fantastic walking and cycling area. There is now build walking and bicycle paths on both side of the river Segura and with a bridge just 3 min away from the house. This opens the possibilities for unique walk and bicycle tours along agricultural areas with vegetable growing, Orange and lemon plantations or mountain tramping with views to nice areas around Guardamar. There is also a short drive to golf courses, leisure parks, waterparks and shopping malls. You have also 2 restaurants with bars and a small supermarket just around the corner.
There is also a functional caretaker service whitin the urbanization.

Ground floor has a living room , eat in area, spacious kitchen, toilet and a outdoor laundry room with roof.
1 floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a tub and shower. One bedroom has a small terrace.
2 floor has 1 bedroom with its own toilet and a exit to a nice solarium with the sun from 12
o´clock until sunset. Here you also have roof and side-awning. The terrace at the entrance has sun all day.
A total of 6 beds in the house. All the furniture is included. AC in living room and all bedrooms. There is also a moveable gas stove.
